'UNL Alumni Artists 1974-1978' on display this summer at Eisentrager-Howard Gallery

Lincoln, Neb.—Forty-four alumni from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln’s Department of Art and Art History will show their work this summer in the exhibition “UNL Alumni Artists 1974-1978” in the Eisentrager-Howard Gallery in Richards Hall.

The exhibition opens May 16 and continues through Aug. 5 in the gallery, which is located on the first floor of Richards Hall. Visitors can stop by Rm. 120 of Richards Hall Monday-Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. for access to the gallery.

An opening reception will be held on Friday, June 3 from 5-7 p.m. in the Gallery. A closing reception will be held on Friday, Aug. 5, also from 5-7 p.m. in the Gallery.

The Department of Art and Art History solicited alumni who graduated from UNL between 1974-1978 to send artwork for the exhibition. The exhibition will be repeated in future years with different graduation dates included.

Admission to the Eisentrager-Howard Gallery is free and open to the public. Richards Hall is located at Stadium Drive and T sts. on the UNL city campus.
