Dziedzic to present free public lecture Nov. 13

Erin Dziedzic, the curator and head of adult programs at the Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art in Kansas City will present a free public lecture on Wednesday, Nov. 13 at 5:30 p.m. in Richards Hall Rm. 15. Her lecture is titled "Thoughts on Contemporary Curating."

Dziedzic is the founder/editor of the online contemporary art journal called "artcore journal" (artcorejournal.net), an online contemporary art journal. She received her M.A. in Art History from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). Before arriving at the Kemper in April 2013, Dziedzic was a curator at the SCAD Museum of Art,  where she organized exhibitions of contemporary art, including shows by Liza Lou, Jean-Michel Othoniel, Yeondoo Jung, and Damián Ortega.
