Mozart, Schubert, Franck will be featured by UNL Symphony Orchestra

LINCOLN, Neb.— The University of Nebraska-Lincoln Glenn Korff School of Music Symphony Orchestra will feature W. A. Mozart’s Don Giovanni Overture, Franz Schubert’s “Unfinished” Symphony, and Cesar Franck’s Symphony in D minor during its Friday, October 9 performance in the Kimball Recital Hall at 7:30 p.m.

Members of the Symphony Orchestra, directed by Tyler White, include students from throughout the university. The ensemble’s objectives are to prepare and present a wide variety of repertoire including chamber, symphonic, and operatic masterworks, and to maintain professional standards of musicianship and etiquette within a collegial and supportive educational atmosphere.

Tickets are General Admission $5; Student/Seniors $3
