Resonance (Lincoln Southwest High School) captures Midwest Cup

LINCOLN, Neb.— Resonance (Lincoln Southwest High School) was named the Grand Champion at the Midwest Cup (Show Choir Invitational) on Saturday, January 16 at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Glenn Korff School of Music in the Lied Center for the Performing Arts.

Resonance also won Best Vocals, Best Choreography and Best Band. Blackout (Elkhorn South High School) was First Runner Up. 14 Karat Gold (Grand Island Northwest High School) was Second Runner Up and had Best Male Soloist and Best Female Soloist. Express (Lincoln East High School) was Third Runner Up. Gold (Norris High School) was Fourth Runner Up while Free Spirit (Papillion-La Vista High School) was Fifth Runner Up and was the Sportsmanship Award winner.
