Final MFA Thesis Exhibitions on display at Eisentrager-Howard Gallery
Lincoln, Neb.—The MFA Thesis Exhibitions continue in the Eisentrager-Howard Gallery in Richards Hall through April 16. Two graduating Master of Fine Arts students in the University of Nebraska–Lincoln’s School of Art, Art History & Design are presenting their work in the final round.

Barnes to perform in New York City on April 19
Glenn Korff School of Music Marguerite Scribante Professor of Piano Paul Barnes will perform April 19 in New York City as part of the Cutting Edge Concerts New Music Festival.
His performance at 6:30 p.m. CT live in the Symphony Space in the Thalia Theater will be available free by webcast on YouTube at https://go.unl.edu/barnesconcert.
“I’m tremendously excited about this trip to New York. This is the first time I will get on a plane since November of 2019. I’ve almost forgotten how to do it,” Barnes said.

Fleming’s ‘NUCLEI’ on display in Los Angeles area
Lincoln, Neb.--Assistant Professor of Emerging Media Arts Jesse Fleming’s latest body of work, titled “NUCLEI,” is on display at Five Car Garage, a contemporary art gallery located in Santa Monica, California. The exhibition is on display through April 17.

Gunther becomes newest GKSOM Assistant Professor of Music in Voice
Dr. Suna Gunther is the newly-appointed Assistant Professor of Voice at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s Glenn Korff School of Music.
"It is a joy and honor to join the Glenn Korff School of Music, a program for which I've long had great respect,” Gunther said. “I very much look forward to making music with my new students and colleagues."

UNL Campus Orchestra believes we are ‘Better Together’
The University of Nebraska-Lincoln and the Glenn Korff School of Music present “Better Together: A Collaborative Concert” featuring Campus Orchestra and guest performers on Wednesday, April 21 at 7:30 p.m. via live stream from Kimball Recital Hall.
