Jason is responsible for overseeing the technical operation of Kimball Recital Hall, as well as providing technical support and consultation for all recitals and concerts. He also serves as technical director for the GKSOM opera program, where his duties include overseeing production staff in scenery construction, procurement of props, implementation of lighting design, and costume rentals.

Jason holds a Master of Arts degree in Stage Management from Purdue University.  He has worked in theatres all over the country, including the Des Moines Metro Opera, and the American Repertory Theatre at Harvard University.  Most recently, he was the Theatre Production Assistant at Plymouth State University in Plymouth, New Hampshire, where his duties included Master Electrician, Scene Shop Foreman, Technical Director, and occasionally, Lighting Designer and Adjunct Lecturer.
