Clarinetist Christina Ensign presents "Transitional" pieces written for clarinet and piano or solo clarinet. This recital will feature new sounds and old sounds through works by Spohr, Caravan, Brahms, and Lutoslawski, showcasing their stylistic transitions in their compositional careers.
Ensign is a junior undergraduate double major in the Glenn Korff School of Music: Bachelor’s of Music in clarinet performance and Bachelor’s of Music in Music Theory.
