**Reservation time slots are only available for the SPRING 2026 Semester.**

Reservation Date (START): Required

January 12th to May 4th, 2026.

Reservation Date (END): Required

January 12th to May 8th, 2026.

Regulations:

Reservations are awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis, with exhibition reservations taking priority.
Exhibition or Experimentation reservations are allowed up to a maximum of 7 days for install, exhibition time, and deinstall/cleanup, pending approval.
Exhibition reservations are prioritized as follows:
- Eisentrager-Howard Gallery's UNL student exhibition needs | MFA review needs | UNL grant or scholarship requirements | General student, faculty, and staff usage.
Acceptance of use for the space is only allowed after email approval from the MEDICI Gallery Monitor and contract has been signed.
Submission of this form does not guarantee use of the space for the requested time.

This is where you will upload your signed MEDICI Gallery contract document found above.
Files must be less than 10 MB.
Allowed file types: pdf.

One file only.
20 MB limit.
Allowed types: txt, rtf, pdf, doc, docx, odt, ppt, pptx, odp, xls, xlsx, ods.

Once you've submitted your reservation, the MEDICI Gallery Student Manager will send you and email confirming or rejecting your request.

If confirmed, they will populate your reservation on the public reservation calendar.
If rejected, they will communicate any issues or errors and your next course of action.
