Sara Troupe was born in Monterrey, Mexico, but has spent the majority of her life in the Midwest. After graduating with a degree in Secondary English Education, Sara spent four years teaching middle school English in Lincoln Public Schools. As an Academic Navigator for Fine & Performing Arts, she will continue to work in supporting students academically, socially and emotionally.
Academic Navigators work alongside academic advisors and other student support staff. They help connect students to appropriate resources and help them identify plans for achieving academic, personal and career goals.
