Jared is a theatre electrician and board programmer. He graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a Bachelor of Arts in theatre design and production.
He comes to UNL from Heartland Scenic Studio in Omaha, where he was a field service technician. Jared freelances around the Midwest. His selected service technician/architectural installation experience includes IABCIG Community School District in Ida Grove, Iowa; Saint Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Omaha; California Pointe in Omaha; and the Henry Doorly Zoo Aquarium façade remodel in Omaha. His electrical experience includes productions for the University of Northern Iowa, Park Playhouse and Hangar Theatre.
