Criteria and Procedures for Reappointment.
  1. Criteria: Criteria for reappointment will vary depending on the rank at which the candidate was hired; candidates must demonstrate a profile of activity commensurate with their current rank.
  2. Procedure: Faculty members in the year prior to the final year of their appointment period (e.g., year two of a three-year appointment, year three of a four-year appointment) must apply for reappointment by submitting a Reappointment File to the Director by a specified date. The candidate's file will be made available for a specified period to all qualified faculty members, who will meet on a specified date to discuss the file and to vote for, or against, reappointment.
