Mary YoungDMA 2024 Choral Conducting
Mary Young, a doctoral student in the Glenn Korff School of Music, premiered the first-ever music festival featuring choral works exclusively by Native American Composers in spring 2024.

Originally from Philadelphia, Stiles came to Nebraska in 2020 to pursue her Master of Music, which she received from UNL in 2022 and is now a doctoral student in piano performance.

Evenings of Dance
Dance program presented Evenings of Dance last April. This annual performance by UNL dance students includes works by faculty, guest artists and students. The performance included three student works that were also featured at the American College Dance Association regional conference last spring at St. Olaf by junior Katie Charest and seniors Abby Brady and Mariela Hernandez.
The concert features lighting design by students in the Johnny Carson School of Theatre and Film, led by Assistant Professor Michelle Harvey.
