Request Recital Date

Please use this form for Off-Campus Degree Recitals, Incomplete Recitals, Informal Recitals, or if you have been instructed by the Facilities Manager to use it. 

All recitals, regardless of the venue or students' major, require the submission of a Student Recital Contract signed by the major teacher and approved by the Facilities Associate. This form will be sent to students once the request is received. Students MUST use a UNL affiliated email (i.e. @huskers.unl.edu or @unl.edu). 

Off-Campus degree recitals will include printed programs but the recording of the event will not be provided. Only graduate students will need to supply a recording of their recital to the GKSOM.
