Lincoln, Neb.—Glenn Korff School of Music Associate Professor of Saxophone Ora Paul Haar will perform a faculty recital on Monday, April 27 at 7:30 p.m. in Westbrook Performance Hall Rm. 130.

Haar’s concert is titled “20th Century French Music for Saxophone” and will feature Christi Zuniga, piano.
The program includes “Suite for Alto Saxophone and Piano” by Paul Bonneau; “Pulcinella” by Eugene Bozza; “Tableaux de Provence” by Paule Maurice; “Euskaldunak” by Pierre Lantier; “Sonate pour Saxophone Alto Seul” by Jeanine Rueff; and “Prelude, Cadence et Finale” by Alfred Desenclos.
Acclaimed saxophonist Haar is widely recognized as one of today’s most versatile performers, bridging the worlds of jazz and classical music. His artistry has taken him across the United States, Canada, Europe and South America. In 2024, he produced his first featured recording, “Too Late, Too Soon.”
