Evenings of Dance
Dance program presented Evenings of Dance last April. This annual performance by UNL dance students includes works by faculty, guest artists and students. The performance included three student works that were also featured at the American College Dance Association regional conference last spring at St. Olaf by junior Katie Charest and seniors Abby Brady and Mariela Hernandez.
The concert features lighting design by students in the Johnny Carson School of Theatre and Film, led by Assistant Professor Michelle Harvey.

Dr. Gunther received her Bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University as a double major in Voice & Opera Performance and Instrumental Music Education with an emphasis in alto saxophone.

Robert Woody had his most recent book, “Psychology for Musicians: Understanding and Acquiring the Skills” published recently by Oxford University Press.
Paul Haar Associate Professor, Saxophone
Glenn Korff Associate Professor of Saxophone Ora Paul Haar released his CD, “Too Late, Too Soon,” in 2023. The CD and title song are a tribute to his late mother, Dorothy, who died in 2022 at the age of 93.
The CD includes 10 tracks, including three written by Haar--”Too Late, Too Soon,” “Dot’s Diddy” and “Beehive Blues.”
