Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Please have all of your information ready before submitting the form. Applications must be received by 11:59 p.m., November 3, 2024. Undergraduate or Graduate level: Required
Please contact your applied teacher or area head for more information on preliminary rounds.

You must receive your applied teacher's approval before submitting this form. The information on this form will be e-mailed to your applied teacher. Without their permission, you will not be able to compete in the preliminary round. You must also receive approval from the ensemble director with which you wish to perform. You are required to bring one copy of the score for the judges at the preliminary round and the final round.

All selections are subject to final approval by the accompanying ensemble director.
