Chamber Singers to take part in Sheldon Museum of Art First Friday

LINCOLN, Neb.— The University of Nebraska-Lincoln Chamber Singers will be doing pop-up performances as part of the Sheldon Museum of Art First Friday on December 1. Admission is free for First Friday, which takes place from 5-7 p.m.

The performances by the Chamber Singers will take place around 5:30 and 6:15 p.m. Enjoy festive snacks and hot cider. Be sure to explore the current exhibitions too. The event is cohosted by Sheldon and the Glenn Korff School of Music.

Titled “Sweeter Still”, the event is a celebration of art and music for the holiday season. Some of the songs include Sing We and Chant It, Sweeter Still and Jesus, Oh What a Wonderful Child.
