Evenings of Dance planned for April 19-22

LINCOLN, Neb.— The Dance area in the Glenn Korff School of Music at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln will present the 13th annual Evenings of Dance concert on April 19-22, 2018.
The concert features student dancers performing works by Guest Artists Jenna Riegel and Kayvon Pourazar, who both live in NewYork City and perform around the world, and Christy Funsch, a prominent San Francisco choreographer and performer, as well as Dance faculty Hye-Won Hwang and Susan Ourada. This concert also includes three exceptional student works that were all performed recently at the American College Dance Association Regional Conference in Madison, Wisconsin.
All performances will be in the Lied Center’s Johnny Carson Theatre (11th and Q). Thursday, Friday, and Saturday curtain is at 7:30 p.m., Sunday will be a matinee beginning at 3 p.m. Tickets are General admission $12, UNL Faculty/Staff $10; Student/Seniors $7, available at the door one hour before the performance.
