LINCOLN, Neb.— Paul Haar (soprano saxophone), Nicholas May (alto saxophone), Wade Howles (tenor saxophone) and Bob Fuson (baritone saxophone), collectively known to enthusiastic audiences as the TCB Saxophone Quartet, bring the sounds of Latin America to the Glenn Korff School of Music. This featured recital will take place on Sunday, September 30, 2018 at 3:00 P.M. in the Westbrook Recital Hall of the Glenn Korff School of Music on the campus of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. 

The TCBSQ was formed in 2016 with the mission of sharing the beauty and majesty of the saxophone with the listening public.  Known for their vibrant and colorful sounds, they have delighted audiences throughout the country with programs that demonstrate both mastery and musical accessibility to the listener.  

The September 30 program will include:  The Sud-America Suite for Saxophone Quartet by Lino Florenzo, Danza: El que bailo con el Diablo by R.A. Moulds, Sevilla by Isaac Albéniz, Tango Virtuoso by Thierry Escaich, Suite Hellénique by Pedro Iturralde, and Almost Tango by Gianfrano Gioia.

This concert is free and open to the public and is proudly presented by the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Saxophone Studio.
