UNL’s Wind Ensemble presents ‘Intention and Inclusion’

calendar icon06 Apr 2021

The University of Nebraska-Lincoln Glenn Korff School of Music Wind Ensemble’s April 17 “Intention and Inclusion: Growing Ensembleship During the Pandemic” webcast performance at 7:30 p.m. will feature the work of David Maslanka (Unending Stream of Life) and Percy Grainger (Lincolnshire Posy), plus the unveiling of The Mystery Piece.

Join us as we move the Ensemble Performance Lab into Kimball Recital Hall for the first time since last February. For those feeling more adventurous, we’re building a Spark page to provide an inside look at aspects of the ensemble’s exploration into character and point of view. Look for the link to the supplementary materials on the webcast page!

No in-person audience. Webcast will include a 30-minute interval to air out the hall and bring bonus content to our viewers, including composer and performer interviews. Visit music.unl.edu the night of the performance for the webcast link.
