The Glenn Korff School of Music hosted its annual Honors Convocation on Thursday afternoon (May 1) in the Kimball Recital Hall.

“This has been a year of astounding growth and accomplishment,” said Dr. John W. Richmond, Director of the Glenn Korff School of Music. “Whether it be the individual achievements – many of which we will recognize this afternoon – or the collaborative achievements embodied in the successes of our students in MTNA and NATS competitions, student composition awards from ASCAP and Downbeat, our students’ many festival appearances, the presentations of our students at national & international conferences, the competitive appearances of our chamber music and jazz students at important competitions, and on and on, we all will look back on 2013-14 as yet another year of inspiring accomplishments. Kudos to all!”
