White faculty recital is Feb. 13

Korff School welcomes guest artist, alumna Beacom

Belflower elected NATS national vice president for auditions
Lincoln, Neb.--Alisa Belflower, the coordinator of musical theatre studies in the Glenn Korff School of Music and Johnny Carson School of Theatre and Film, has been elected the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS) national vice president for auditions for 2022-2024.
Belflower will take office immediately as vice president-elect and then take office as vice president this summer.

Woody’s book ‘Psychology for Musicians’ is released
Lincoln, Neb.--Robert H. Woody, the Steinhart Foundation Distinguished Professor of Music and Professor of Music Education in the University of Nebraska–Lincoln’s Glenn Korff School of Music, had his most recent book, “Psychology for Musicians: Understanding and Acquiring the Skills” published recently by Oxford University Press.
This 2nd edition is an update to the 2007 book he co-wrote with two other authors, Andreas C. Lehmann and John A. Sloboda.
