“When we first decided we wanted to do another sketch show, we wanted to focus on the comedy itself and highlighting the words and characters on stage. What’s helpful is that we have a theme this year and it’s our home state, too, which allows us to put our own thoughts about where we live on stage. As for overall feeling, we had an epiphany after seeing Matilda: The Musical and the feeling we had after seeing that show was of joy, happiness, and wonder and that is how we want the audience to leave our show.” --Hunter Mruz & Lindsey Parodi
